We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to join our Project Management Team! Your purpose?? To drive projects to complete development, deliver solutions on time and within budget, while managing scope. In addition, a project manager is accountable for developing and maintaining project artifacts, and ensures compliance with the PMO methodology (including but not limited to documentation requirements, change control, proper approvals, and communication plans), _**

What You Will Be Doing as a Strategic Project Manager:

• Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables (Project Charter, Schedule, Resource allocations) that support project objectives working with Project Sponsor
• Accountable for executing project according PMO standards
• Manage project communication and reporting, as per the communication plan
• Manage changes, issues, and risks
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Coach/Mentor/Motivate and lead project team members and contractors to successfully achieve project objectives
• Directing the team to achieve a common goal by establishing a shared vision
• Facilitate Change Control Meetings
• Maintains CRID (Change Requests, Risks, Issues, Decisions) Log
• Monitor progress and track roadblocks
• Establish and maintain a project site in SharePoint

What you need to be successful as a Strategic Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline is required
• 1-3 years IT Project Management experience required
• PMP certification is preferred or the ability to obtain with 2-3 years of hire

_ The salary range for this position is between $87,900 - 153,800 annually.
