Your missions

RemoteVAPH is seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Drafter/Designer with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software. This is a work-from-home position that offers flexibility in working hours. As a Kitchen Drafter/Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and renderings using AutoCAD and Revit. You will work on designing interior and exterior spaces, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and landscapes. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm EST. (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

Draft floor plans, elevations, and renderings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
Design and create interior and exterior spaces, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, and landscapes.
Showcase a flair for design and a strong understanding of design capabilities and styles.
Utilize your knowledge of materials available for interior design, including kitchen counters, floors, walls, and other interior products.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
Ensure designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Generate accurate and detailed documentation for construction purposes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging design techniques.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
Provide support and guidance to junior designers, as needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
Experience in interior design, with a focus on designing kitchen counters, floors, walls, and other interior products.
Strong understanding of design capabilities and various design styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
