We're not just looking for a UX Engineer; we're searching for a visionary who will revolutionize how our design and engineering teams collaborate. As our UX Engineer and Design System Architect, you'll be the linchpin in our product development process, the alchemist who transmutes design dreams into technical reality. You'll be the glue that binds the design and engineering teams, and the chief evangelist of the design system.
Develop, maintain, and evolve our design system using Vue.js and Tailwind CSS
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create reusable components and patterns
Ensure consistent implementation of design principles across our products
Evangelize our design system across the engineering team
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Contribute to the development of style guides and documentation for the design system
Continuously improve the performance and accessibility of our design system
5+ years of Vue experience
3+ years working with Typescript
Expert-level knowledge of Vue.js and its ecosystem
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles
Demonstrable experience working with and/or building design systems
Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
