About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to be part of a team that serves our clients developing tools to measure and increase the company's rate of innovation.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and teams, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure that our applications are user-friendly, scalable, and meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects and teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products
  • Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that our applications meet customer needs
  • Provide technical leadership to the team, mentoring junior developers and promoting technical excellence
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with experience leading technical projects and teams
  • Strong experience with software development methodologies, including agile and waterfall
  • Strong experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
