As a pricing manager in our Property Pricing organization, you’ll lead the execution of our quarterly indication and pricing for a set of states. You'll lead a team that influences rate level decisions and implements rate revisions for a set of states exposed to volatility and catastrophes. The team includes a combination of direct and indirect management of associate managers and analysts. You’ll collaborate with Pricing leaders to influence department tools, methods, and work environment, as well as working directly with assigned state product managers and other stakeholders. **

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics).
  • A minimum of five years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting) including two years in a supervisory/management role.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior pricing experience
  • Proven management/leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge of pricing indications
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, as well as listening
  • Ability to use formal and informal networks to accomplish goals

Compensation

  • $94,600 - $135,100/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
