Job description

This role is supporting EST and the West Coast. CST preferred.

ERP Team is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) Technical Lead with strong Oracle EBS applications experience and expertise in Oracle Cloud Implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud applications development, with specific experience in SCM and integrations with front-end applications. **

Responsibilities:**

  • Act as the Technical Lead on Oracle ERP Cloud implementation project, providing direction as the subject matter expert as well work hands-on identified key deliverables
  • Work closely with functional team and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Guide team members responsible for developing reports, data conversion programs, integrations, and application extensions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platform to ensure quality of work and reach deadlines.
  • Work with the Cloud Implementation Project Manager and Implementation partner teams to plan and schedule technical development activities to meet defined scope and milestones.
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud technologies, with a focus on Order Management and integrations (B2B, B2C etc.) with front-end applications.
  • Continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle ERP Cloud projects by sharing knowledge with team members.
  • Assess impacts of Oracle’s quarterly product release to the implementation schedule and communicate appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including design documents, test plans, and user procedures.
  • Design, Implement and manage Oracle SCM integrations with third party applications.
  • Ability to leverage implementation best practices, experiences from past EBS and Cloud projects and apply them.
  • Participate in code reviews, Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle SCM applications.
  • Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to stay current with the latest tools and technologies.
  • Share knowledge, insights and work among team members and partners.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud applications development, with specific experience in SCM and integrations with front-end applications.
  • Experience in leading technical work streams for Oracle ERP Cloud Global Implementations: Minimum of two (2) successfully delivered ERP Cloud Projects preferably in the ERP Technical Lead role
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud technologies including database architecture, development tools, and integration methodologies.
  • Should be able to review requirements, understand functional specifications and translate into Technical specifications for development.
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL, Java, and web technologies
  • Experience in developing reports, interfaces and integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite, Web Services, OIC or similar tools.
  • Experience in developing custom solutions using Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OAF.
  • Knowledge of JET development or advanced knowledge of Java scripting frameworks such as JQuery, JQuery UI Require, Knockout
  • Knowledge of Cloud analytics and data migration tools like OTBI, FBDI, and ADFDI.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs to access data stored in Oracle Cloud and to integrate with external
  • Experience in Web Services (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads)
  • Working knowledge and hands on experience in various Oracle PaaS offerings including JCS, ICS, iPaaS, Process Cloud, Mobile Cloud, Document Cloud, Messaging Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud,
  • Substantial experience implementing some combination of Oracle ERP modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security framework including SSO, user authentication, etc. preferred
  • Strong data conversion and migration experience
  • Functional business process flow knowledge in SCM (Supply Chain Management).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
  • Experience in providing updates to senior executives, work with vendor, onsite and offshore functional and technical teams
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
  • Working knowledge of business and project management software tools
  • Willingness to learn business practices, processes, and procedures
  • Possess strong problem-solving and creative troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to prioritize several tasks at one time and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Oracle Certifications in EBS or Fusion Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with integrations with Sales Force CRM
