As a Data Steward with focus on quality-related digital systems, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Supporting the deployment, hypercare, and use of systems in healthcare manufacturing and distribution sites and within healthcare business divisions
Supporting the global design of systems by providing business analysis, requirements definition, testing, training, and coordination of readiness activities.
Supporting Digital System’s strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts
Providing support for standardization of global and local quality master data
Maintaining cataloged data for Quality Management System (QMS) processes
Ensuring quality-related enterprise data integrity by monitoring and correcting errant transactional data
Resolving access issues for end users
Evaluating global QMS processes in-development, as well as related governance strategies, and providing feedback
Developing and delivering training for the Enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS) and SAP Quality Management (QM-ERP)
Skills:Mandatory Skills:
Minimum of two (2) years demonstrating ability to work with limited direction and to prioritize independently (e.g. post high-school education)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience with either SAP, Salesforce, Compliance Quest, Trackwise, and/or other electronic quality system
Computer skills in MS Office
English language skills required
Desirable Skills:
Experience working in a global healthcare business or with a life science systems
Working knowledge of Quality Systems (e.g. ISO, Change Management Processes, Document Management Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, etc.

Works effectively in a team environment
Technical experience in process, product or quality environment
Five (5) or more years of direct experience with SAP MDM or QM
