Tech Lead - Web Engineering

About the job:
We are seeking a Tech Lead to spearhead the Web Engineering Department at Focusrite Group. You will be responsible for advising on solutions for web products, facilitating adherence to best practices, leading long-term technical strategy, optimising our infrastructure and cloud platform, contributing, and reviewing code, ensuring system security, and participating in the hiring of engineers.
This role demands a deep understanding of web technologies, coupled with an ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding the direction of our web product portfolio and your leadership skills will be instrumental in fostering a culture of technical excellence within the team.
