- Work on agile IT and optimization projects within the recruiting field
- Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and a new career platform, provide advice and guidance for process optimizations using Agile methods, gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and drive innovation in recruiting processes through initiating new projects.
