Built Right Digital is a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency specializing in PPC advertising. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Google Ad Specialist to join our remote team. As a Google Ad Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing PPC campaigns for our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Launching new PPC campaigns on various platforms, primarily Google Ads.
Continuous optimization of existing campaigns to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI.
Identifying and troubleshooting issues within campaigns to ensure smooth operation and optimal results.
Implementing advanced tracking solutions to monitor campaign performance and user behavior.
Generating comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Google Ads Certification
Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic)
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other tracking tools

Benefits

Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1500 - $2500 / month
Schedule: 9am CST - 5pm CST
