Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or IT-related completed training, At least 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably in an international context, Experience with business processes related to CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, and applications like Office 365, Power BI, SharePoint, etc., Technical knowledge of software application development, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Key responsabilities:
- Analyze customer's business processes and devise optimal solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Design and implement custom customer requirements with collaboration from project leaders and developers
- Prepare for live launches, provide support after deployment, train users, and assist with team management
- Support sales team with technical topics and presentations to attract potential customers
