Your missions

BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Technical Lead with expertise in .Net and Angular. As a Fullstack Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in leading and guiding a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for driving the technical direction and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced in full-stack development, has excellent leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering innovative software solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze software requirements
  • Design and develop scalable and robust software applications using .Net and Angular
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong experience in .Net framework, C#, and Angular
  • Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Solid experience in database design and SQL queries
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
