Title: Technical Account Manager

Location: Remote, US, East Coast

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Generative AI space. You will serve as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless integration and optimal use of our AI solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • This role entails offering Partners and Customers the necessary guidance and support tailored to their specific requirements. Responsibilities span the entire sales life cycle, encompassing education, implementation, and providing input on application functionality, technology, and delivery.
  • Foster a strong and proactive relationships with key stakeholders (Business and IT) on the customer side.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of our AI products.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features to existing clients.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Close collaboration with Partner, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to devise and execute initiatives.
  • Development and delivery of tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that cater to the specific needs of partners and customers.
  • Build, sustain and manage robust pipeline of opportunities utilizing Hubspot and employing effective pipeline management techniques and sales methodologies.

You’ll be successful with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in SaaS Enterprise Software sales, particularly in the AI domain, is required.
  • Experience in Startup environments with Product Led Growth (PLG) strategies is very advantageous.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully selling intricate software solutions and managing Proof of Concepts.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude in a professional setting.
  • Meeting sales targets, as well as effectively managing, supporting to close enterprise deals, are integral to this role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that enable you to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
