Several years of relevant experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and deployment of Workplace applications, Solid knowledge of IT landscapes in large organizations, Windows 10, Intune, Active Directory, app packaging, scripting (Powershell), Jira & Confluence, and methodical skills, Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a willingness for continuous learning, Proficiency in German (B2 level), English, flexibility for on-call work or outside regular hours, desirable experience with Windows 11 and related certifications.Key responsabilities:
- Operating and evolving the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to manage client devices in major client projects
- Coordinating the distribution of workplace apps and updates, handling incidents as per ITIL, documenting operational data, planning and implementing changes according to ITIL
- Troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with the vendor when needed, and staying updated on innovations in Endpoint Management Windows Client
- Working closely with the team and other service colleagues for cohesion and exchange of knowledge
