The Role
Donorbox is seeking a Growth Hacker Generalist (Conversion Optimization Specialist) with a strong background in conversion optimization, specifically for landing pages and blogs. As a key member of our dynamic marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS growth hacking and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of user behavior and conversion paths to identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead the design and implementation of A/B tests on blogs to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and product improvements
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the success of growth initiatives, providing regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a growth hacking role, with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Proven experience in optimizing landing pages and blogs for SaaS products
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of fundraising and nonprofit sectors.
- Familiarity with tools like Hotter, Optimizely, Google Analytics 4, or similar conversion optimization tools.

- Salary: $1,400/mo to $2,000/mo, depending on location and experience
