The Role
As a Senior Pricing Manager at eSentire, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing pricing strategies for our SaaS cybersecurity solutions. Your expertise in pricing, particularly in the SaaS space, will be crucial in driving profitability, optimizing revenue, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our pricing aligns with our customers' needs and the value we provide.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive pricing strategies for our cybersecurity SaaS offerings, with a focus on profitability and market competitiveness.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis within the cybersecurity SaaS industry, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance our pricing models.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Customer Segmentation: Drive efforts to identify and segment customer groups based on their unique pricing needs and value perceptions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize your pricing expertise to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support pricing decisions and optimize revenue performance.
- Pricing Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of pricing policies and guidelines throughout the organization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of pricing specialists and analysts, providing leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in pricing, with a strong background in SaaS pricing strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful pricing strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry is highly preferred.
- Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
- Leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor pricing teams.
- Familiarity with pricing software and tools specific to the SaaS industry.
