Job Summary:

The Projects/Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects using ClickUp as the primary project management tool. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, track progress, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding and experience with different project management methodologies (lean, scrum, agile, CPM) and possess advanced proficiency in ClickUp.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a strong process for how projects are being run at the company, department, and cross-department levels.
  2. Help to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using ClickUp.
  3. Lead project kickoff meetings to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
  5. Create and maintain project documentation, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities within ClickUp.
  6. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress using ClickUp's task management features.
  7. Track project budget, expenses, and resource utilization in ClickUp.
  8. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders using ClickUp reports and dashboards.
  9. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues using ClickUp's collaboration and communication features.
  10. Coordinate and facilitate communication among team members, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration within ClickUp.
  11. Stay updated with ClickUp's features and updates, and provide training and support to team members as needed.
Job Requirements:
  1. Fluent in English, and able to work within the EU timezone.
  2. Proven experience as a project manager, product manager, scrum master, or similar positions and successfully delivering projects using ClickUp.
  3. Strong theoretical background in Project management methodologies like Scrum, agile, lean, and similar is a big plus.
  4. In-depth knowledge of implementations of different methodologies and best practices based on the business needs of ClickUp.
  5. Advanced proficiency in using ClickUp, including task management, project planning, and reporting features.
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
