Job Summary:

The Finance, Account, and Legal Manager oversees finance, accounting, and legal tasks, including bookkeeping, integration of financial data, project management, coordinating accounting activities, contract preparation, financial forecasting, process optimization, and conducting analysis and research on financial and legal topics.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all finance and accounting tasks and responsibilities including bookkeeping.
  • Integration of records and financial data with accounting software and platforms.
  • Act as project manager for all assignments related to finance and accounting.
  • Coordinating all the accounting activities, invoices, and payments for the business.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating contracts, making sure it meets all necessary requirements.
  • Leading projects which help to predict the financial outcomes for the business and partners.
  • Help develop scorecards, and sheets for tracking different financial numbers and KPIs, creating financial reports and predictions for the business.
  • Finding new ways to automate and optimize financial and legal processes within the business.
  • Doing analysis and research around financial and legal topics that are important to the business.

Job Requirements:
  • Have extensive experience with payment processor software. Preferred Xero or/and Payoneer.
  • Tech-Savy in Finance and Accounting software
  • Highly skilled in Project Management in a fast-paced environment and operations.
  • Well-experienced in automation, process building, and leading finance and IT integrations at a high volume scale.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), and able to work within the EU timezone.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Financial and Accounting positions. Preferred within the eCommerce space.
  • Have experience with creating and updating contracts
  • Experience working with Project management software (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Self-starter, initiative, and capable of leading new projects on your own
  • Capable to work independently without supervision, having autonomy, and take ownership of work.
  • Have practical experience with Google Excel including Pivot-table, dashboards, budgeting, and financial reporting.
