You Are**

A Client Partner that will serve as an Executive contact for clients and maintain a strong relationship with the clients and CXOs on the IT and business side. You will build and maintain the highest level of client engagement and align our services at UST to the client strategy. **

The Opportunity**

  • Capture long-term business needs and drive the creation of domain-specific and integrated solutions for the client.
  • Analyze and assess the competitive landscape and provide inputs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and execute a plan for revenue growth.
  • Manage revenue growth, EBIDTA growth, and margin for the accounts
  • Meet with clients in a Pre-Post Sales capacity to deliver subject matter expertise and consultation for clients’ needs in closing the deal.

What You Need

  • At least 10 years in a client facing role or account leadership role in the digital transformation professional services space.
  • At least 10 years in the Healthcare Payer Domain with blue plan, Medicare and Medicaid knowledge.
  • Strong experience with the global service delivery model with at least 8+ years in Business Development and Technology Sales or consulting
  • Proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels. Experience in creating impactful presentations that articulate customer experience values in B2C and B2B space
  • Ability to manage client P&L, including reporting and metric assessment for the account
  • Experience running $50m+/year engagements

Bonus Points If

  • You have demonstrated leadership in managing existing business, developing new business, and building strategic, long-term, and high-value engagements with existing customers.
  • You have prior experience with the top 5 payers

_Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $180,00-270,000 **
