Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant/Talent Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier associate and senior-level candidates with our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Provide clients with market insights, salary data, and industry trends to support their hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber associate and senior-level candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance the recruitment process and client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or talent partner, specializing in associate and senior-level positions.
  • Strong understanding of various industries and associated skill sets for different roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
