We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior UI Designer at BlackStone eIT, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our software applications.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our mobile banking apps. This position requires a keen eye for detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of user interface elements for our mobile banking apps, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Figma Design System, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all design projects.
  • Craft detailed interaction and micro-interaction designs to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and developers to ensure the design vision is executed accurately.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in UI design and mobile technologies, applying best practices to our design strategy.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills and contributions to the team.

 

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UI design skills, particularly in mobile app interfaces.
  • 5-8 years of experience in UI design, with a focus on mobile applications, or 4-5 years experience in fintech UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with developing and managing design systems.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including a solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience in designing interactive and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and how they integrate with UI design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
