Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make contact with potential clients to create new opportunities and expand Enterprise VAS revenues.
  • Maintain relationships with mobile operators and content owners through regular contact and customer service.
  • Create and execute mobile marketing plans for VAS services.
  • Implement marketing campaigns for the purpose of enhancing company revenues.
  • Develop and aggregate creative, rich and viable mobile content for Enterprise Value Added Services.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of service offerings.
  • Determine target audiences to introduce new service offerings.
  • Review reports to determine weak areas and make improvements.
  • Develop, analyze and distribute sales and productivity reports to management.
  • Schedule meetings and conduct presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Participate in continuing education courses to stay abreast of technology and trends pertinent to the industry.

Qualifications
  • BSc in relevant field.
  • 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in VAS sales and marketing
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Expertise with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and generically all MS Office apps
  • A high level of self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and research skills. Detailed oriented
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills as well as good presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent computer and technical skills and knowledge of report writing software.
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good negotiation, persuasion, and managerial skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

Additional Information

Salary: 200k

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days from the office)
