They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's efficiency and productivity by managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. You will serve as the right hand to the executive, ensuring that their time is optimized and their daily operations run smoothly. Your attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information will be essential in this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Monitor, filter, and respond to important emails on behalf of the executive. Draft and organize incoming emails as needed.
  • Scheduling and Meeting Coordination: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring timely reminders.
  • Home Management: Obtain and compare quotes for personal home services such as landscapers, cleaners, and handymen. Handle returns of items as required.
  • Research and Purchasing: Conduct research to identify products for purchase, comparing prices and quality. Assist with ordering items for the executive's properties and personal use.
  • Meal Planning: Assist in planning meals and maintaining dietary preferences as per the executive's requirements.
  • Travel Coordination: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, while ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Bill Pay and Autopay: Manage bill payments, set up autopay for recurring expenses, and maintain detailed records of expenditures.
  • Time Management: Help prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and provide support to ensure effective time management for the executive.
  • Communication Point of Contact: Serve as a liaison between the executive, clients, vendors, properties, and other departments or team members.
  • Expense Management: Track spending, create financial reports, and assist in budget management.
  • Document Prepping: Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as requested by the executive.
  • Phone Calls: Screen and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle requests in a professional manner.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain important data, files, and records in a systematic manner.
  • Project Support: Coordinate tasks, track project progress, and provide support where needed in various ongoing projects.
  • Confidentiality Management: Ensure the utmost discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.


  • At least 3+ years of work experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Monday.com
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $800 - $1000 USD/month

Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated workstation at home
  • 30 MBPS minimum Internet connection
