Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid remote work schedule and a competitive salary range of \(65,000 to \)75,000 per year, along with excellent benefits including generous paid time off.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a large team, including Principals and Senior Managers, within a well-established CPA firm. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and enjoy administrative challenges, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tax Return Management: Process a high volume of tax returns, extensions, and estimates through various delivery methods (paper, electronic, client portal).
  • Communication: Revise, draft, or format correspondence and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Manage annual distribution of tax organizers and engagement letters; maintain due date reports and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Calendar Management: Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate meals as needed.
  • Project Management: Assign tasks, follow up on progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Client and Travel Coordination: Update client contact information, manage travel plans and itineraries for CPE training, client meetings, etc.
  • Financial Support: Input expenses for Principals, manage billing, and follow up on past due accounts receivable.
  • Professional Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, seeking out opportunities to assist and assume cross-functional duties.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize proactive and creative problem-solving skills, maintaining discretion with sensitive client information.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Attributes: Exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and able to interact with staff at all levels with professionalism and confidence.
