Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing Mastery: Demonstrate a deep understanding of performance marketing and lead strategic implementation across client portfolios.
  • Strategic Leadership: Act as a strategic partner in Lead Team Meetings and Off-Sites, proactively identifying operational challenges and driving solutions to foster agency growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provide dedicated leadership and day-to-day management for the Paid Media team, nurturing a culture aligned with our company values, and facilitating employee development and growth.
  • Project and Task Management: Delegate projects and tasks effectively, while managing operational risks to ensure appropriate workloads and sustained employee engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of the health of client accounts, maximize client retention, and satisfaction by implementing best practices and streamlined processes.
  • Innovation Champion: Foster innovation within the Paid Media team, continuously monitoring digital industry developments to keep us ahead of the curve in knowledge and capabilities.
  • Revenue Growth: Ensure consistent revenue growth for the Paid Media department through strategic initiatives and effective team management.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency with a focus on performance marketing.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in media channels, attribution models, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interactions with upper management, direct reports, and clients.
  • Strong presentation abilities to convey complex strategies effectively.
  • Capability to create and lead the execution of digital and business strategies.
  • A commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth through various educational resources, including classes, webinars, podcasts, books, and more
