Workera.ai is the precision upskilling platform helping enterprises, governments and individuals upskill and reskill to meet the critical demand for key technological capabilities including data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Our founders are Kian Katanforoosh, an award-winning Stanford Computer Science Lecturer who has taught AI to over 1 million people, and James Lee, former VP of Global Operations at Udacity. Our Chairman is Dr. Andrew Ng, co-founder of Coursera (NYSE: COUR), CEO of DeepLearning.AI, and founding lead of the Google Brain project.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join the team as an individual contributor, and continue our rapid growth across the EMEA market. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup backed by top-tier investors and angels. Be one of the early members of a world-class team, and as a result there are significant growth opportunities.
Here’s what you’ll do:
    • Partner with 1 - 2 sales directors to develop and implement outreach strategies
    • Profile strategic accounts (identifying key decision makers, researching strategic plans) to ensure a consistent pipeline of 1st meetings
    • Execute high volume prospecting activity aimed at booking 1st meetings with key decision makers
    • Become an expert on Workera's offering and our market
    • Utilize all available resources, including cold calling, email and a suite of leading sales enablement tools
    • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing a prospect until they're ready to speak
    • Partner with sales and marketing to drive attendance to webinars and events
    • Achieve and exceed all monthly and quarterly targets
