Junior/Middle CRM/CE Functional Consultant/Applications Specialist

We are seeking top professionals to fill the role of Dynamics 365 Application Specialist(s) to provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality. As a member of the professional services team, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, leading the functional work-stream, from client workshops to finalizing functional specifications, and overseeing/executing the configuration of the system.
Responsibilities
● Participate in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs;
● Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of business processes;
● Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality;
● Demonstrate experience in the use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology and focus on a clear understanding of key activities and deliverables;
● Document business requirements, process, actions, and solution description;
● Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve business requirements;
● Facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application;
● Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application;
● Understand challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications.
Qualifications
● Suitable functional/technical qualifications, plus a minimum of 2+ years of qualified experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, and/or previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
● Ability to map and configure clients’ business requirements into Dynamics ERP;
● Ability to identify and document Business Processes;
● Solid knowledge of several Dynamics 365 Business Application Modules;
● Demonstrated knowledge in systems implementation, upgrades, integration, and testing;
● General Pre-sales skills.
