NetSuite Avalara Integrator
Responsibilities:
Integration Development: Design, implement, and manage integrations between NetSuite and Avalara to ensure accurate tax calculation and compliance.
Data Migration: Assist with data migration projects, ensuring tax-related
data is accurately transferred and mapped between systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, providing
ongoing support to users and ensuring minimal disruption to business
operations.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure
accuracy and reliability in tax calculations and reporting.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for integration
processes, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and tax requirements
Collaboration: Work closely with partner and customer to ensure that tax
compliance needs are met and integrated effectively within existing
workflows.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users regarding
the use of the integrated systems and best practices for tax compliance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience on NetSuite, 3 years of which are on senior or project management role.
Minimum of 3 years experience on integrating Avalara to NetSuite, with at least 5 projects completed.
Minimum of 2 years experience on US taxation and handling tax exempt
documentations and requirements.
Has extensive knowledge of the following:
NetSuite Advanced Accounting modules.
NetSuite Basic Accounting modules.
Stripe integration.
