Client Accelerators is a digital marketing agency that focuses on paid advertising. We currently spend over $50 Million Dollars a year on platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram.

We help our clients to scale and reach their goals by running full ad-cycles for them including copywriting, tracking, running their ads, analyzing data and what not! We have helped our clients to double, triple, and quadruple their sales with our top-notch advertising skills and unbeatable marketing strategies.

We are looking for a growth strategist for handling our company's growth strategy. As our Growth Strategist, you’ll work closely with our Media Buying and Account Management teams for our ongoing projects. The Growth Strategist acts as the catalyst for growth of our clients’ businesses. You are excited about the complexities of a business and love identifying solutions to growth problems. Both your team and your clients will look to you to point them in the right direction.

Your primary objective will be to create full cycle strategies for the clients across various platforms. Think Yoda! You will identify needs and new opportunities, research and identify trends, design and implement digital growth strategies utilizing the latest digital growth technologies.

Requirements

  • Understand the client's mission, purpose and goals.
  • Put in place digital strategies using all engagement platforms including websites, SEO/SEM, social media etc.
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and other digital metrics to forecast trends.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
  • Innovate, establish, implement and maintain strategies and tactics to positively manage client goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with our audiences’ preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Designers, Developers and Contractors to create strategy documents, write compelling content, implement and monitor ad performance, optimize campaign effectiveness, create final KPI reports, provide an outstanding customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments.
  • Assist in sales conversations around digital growth opportunities.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Ads, Klaviyo, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok.
  • Skilled in ASANA.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, relational and EQ skills are required.
  • Experience developing and delivering on complex digital marketing projects in both scope and budget.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering positive results for digital marketing projects within scope, on-budget and on-time.
