Roles And Responsibilities:

  • You need to design some talent acquisition strategies and improve some career development plans.
  • Maintain some safety guards and employer branding.
  • Set up all the HR procedures.
  • Manage all the HR policies and advocate the people and the values.
  • Manage some performance reviews as well.
  • Develop some programs and initiate learning.

Qualifications
  • Must have excellent leadership abilities and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in HR operations and implement HR technology solutions.
  • A very good work experience in managing HR resources, strategic planning.
  • Experience in analytics, statistics and specifically reporting on HR facilities.
  • Deep knowledge of most of the HR functions like management or building strong management brand.

Additional Information

Salary: 4.80,000 per annum
