Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at Hollenbeck-Associates, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, representing our company’s commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including email, chat, and phone.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our services and solutions.
Effectively manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain service level agreements to ensure prompt response times and resolution.
Provide feedback and insights to the team to improve customer support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
