What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide premium omni-channel support (via phone and email);
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
- Resolve basic to complex issues for customers of a high-end brand;
- Become a product expert and constantly grow.
Requirements:
- Advanced German and English (C1+);
- 1+ year experience in Customer Support;
- Analytical & Research Skills;
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
Would be a great plus:
- Experience with automotive industry;
- Experience with luxury brands;
- Experience with native speakers;
- International exchange programs participation.
