What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide premium omni-channel support (via phone and email);

  • Resolve basic to complex issues for customers of a high-end brand;
  • Become a product expert and constantly grow.

Requirements:

  • Advanced German and English (C1+);
  • 1+ year experience in Customer Support;
  • Analytical & Research Skills;
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.

Would be a great plus:

  • Experience with automotive industry;
  • Experience with luxury brands;
  • Experience with native speakers;
  • International exchange programs participation.
