We are seeking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive who has a demonstrable track record in selling directly and with and through our GSI partners. The opportunity for Intelligent Automation within the FS&I team managing the Insurance sector where we have a substantial number of large organisations in this area that have made the investment in RPA solutions.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

You will need to demonstrate the following. 

 

·       Ability to build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities within existing Insurance customers.

·       Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline.

·       Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.

·       Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.

·       Ability to map Intelligent Automation capabilities to support the Insurance sector accounts.

·       Executive Rapport, ability to recognise and understand their objectives, at the most senior level and able to communicate strategic value, with passion and energy.

·       Sell a complete solution of software, services, and support to ensure customer success.

·       Work with Marketing to conduct webinars, trade shows, and other marketing-related events.

·       Have exceptional sales rigor utilising qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC and SPIN selling to accurately forecast and manage your pipeline to achieve and over exceed target.

·       Delivering predictable revenue. Ability to drive close plans including a clear understanding of the buying process, decision making process, paper process within the customer organization, building close plans aligned with the customer team and leveraging executive relationships to confirm close plans. 

 

Experience and Education Requirements: 
 

·       Experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market.

·       Goal-oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)

·       Strong character who can dominate a room and engage with people of all levels from C-Suite to technology leads.

·       Driven – possesses an ardent desire to be successful.

·       Disciplined – skilled in managing time and resources, sound approach to qualifying opportunities.

·       Intelligent – possesses the aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility.

·       Inpatient - have a sense of urgency to get business done quickly.
