The Member Services team is looking for a Member Support Representative that is a positive, accountable, goal-driven achiever with a healthy sense of humor. The best Member Support Representatives truly enjoy building relationships both internally and externally and get excited about digging in to find solutions to our customers’ most complex challenges. While driven to achieve their own individual goals and highly self-accountable, these superstars also enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.

Our Member Support Representatives are the first line of assistance for users of Parchment’s products within the higher education and K12 institutions we serve. From the point of implementation throughout the life of the engagement, the MSR is there to assist the Office of the Registrar, Admissions, IT, and other key stakeholders.

This position is looking for a Pacific Time zone, or someone willing to adhere to a schedule of 7 am - 4 pm PST, or 8 am - 5 pm PST.On a day-to-day basis, you will spend time:** - Engaging with our Members via email and by phone, to answer questions, solve problems, and build trust. - Work as part of a team to achieve key metrics and grow, together and individually.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Higher Education or Education Technology - Experience using Microsoft Office products; familiarity with Salesforce and student information systems preferred - Superior communication skills, both written and verbal - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - A track record of achievement, reliability, and integrity
