1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or business development, preferably in a fast-growing environment, Proficient in sourcing techniques like LinkedIn, Sales Nav, Kaspr, Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with business teams and candidates, Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, dynamism, and adaptability.
Key responsabilities:
- Collaborate closely with the business and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and profiles
- Conduct recruitment operations such as posting, managing incoming applications, conducting interviews, offering positions, and onboarding
- Build and expand a network of candidates and other partners
- Enhance the candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes
