Somos una empresa líder en la Investigación de mercados, con presencia a nivel global en más de 100 países, trabajamos con líderes mundiales de la industria hasta pequeñas empresas de consumo, manejamos 3 canales de colecta uno mide productos de consumo en autoservicio, tiendas de conveniencia, farmacias, locales comerciales y consumo en hogares 

Descripción del empleo

 

  • Participar e EE del proceso de reclutamiento y selección de personal (elaboración de entrevistas y evaluación de candidatos).

  • Colaborar en la gestión de programas de atracción de talento, como ferias de empleo y eventos de reclutamiento.

  • Elaborar informes y métricas de reclutamiento.

  • Elaboración de cartera de candidatos.

  • Dar soporte a empleados en tema de recursos humanos (nómina, administración de personal y beneficios).

  • Apoyar en las tareas administrativas con respecto a los nuevos empleados.

  • Capacitación de personal.

  • Soporte de proceso de contratación.

Requisitos
  • Educación: Se requiere licenciatura concluida en área afín (Psicología, administración, Recursos Humanos).

  • Experiencia en atracción de talento masivo a nivel operativo y mando medio min. 1 año 1/2

  • Experiencia en posteo, cobertura y proceso de atracción.

  • Elaboración de materiales autovisuales y capacitación.

  • Habilidades: Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel intermedio.

  • Excelente comunicación efectiva.

  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00am a 6:00pm  
  • Modalidad de trabajo híbrido.
  • Posición de forma temporal
