Key responsabilities:
- Work closely with the business and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs, job missions, and profiles to recruit.
- Carry out recruitment tasks: posting and updating job offers, processing applications, conducting interviews, managing the recruitment process.
- Create and expand a candidate network, organize monthly recruitment sessions.
- Continuously improve candidate experience, familiarity with sourcing techniques.
