Position Summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an energetic, self-starting Event Planner for our Physician Programs Team. The Physician Programs Liaison will provide event coordination and planning to support to all of Radiology Partner’s residency and fellowship outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented with the ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously and proactively, often with deadline pressures.

Position Duties And Responsibilities

  • Plans, advertises, and executes events for our national physician recruiting team – including but not limited to Lunch and Learns, RP Nights Out, Virtual Events, and Trade Shows; with the overall goal to attract physician candidates to engage with Radiology Partners
  • Develops an outreach strategy and maintains annual event schedules
  • Managers vendors, internal and external stakeholders, and communications with all contacts, facilities, and partnerships
  • Creates and manages project workflows while working within set budget
  • Partners with marketing team to develop effective campaign for each event
  • Coordinates presentations for all programs and events
  • Track event key performance areas, makes recommendations for improvement
  • Assists with various ad hoc projects
