ABA Caseload Coordinator

ABS Kids is looking for an ABA Caseload Coordinator to assist with onboarding new patients. The Caseload Coordinator role is focused on ensuring that Behavior Analyst caseload information is up to date, and more!

Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.

What would you do?

  • Determine on-boarding of new patients and add to caseload under appropriate Behavior Analyst
  • Ensure Behavior Analyst caseload information is up to date
  • Create and complete tasks in Central Reach
  • Keep all spreadsheets and databases up to date
  • Maintain the waitlist
  • Communicate monthly with waitlist patients
  • Optimize Behavior Analyst caseloads in accordance with company standards
  • Monitor credentialing status of Behavior Analysts
  • Communicate BA staffing needs with recruitment
  • Adhere to federal HIPAA regulations, as well as any company policies & procedures

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of medical office, scheduling and/or intake experience
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to build and foster effective relationships
