Job description

Our Client, one of America's leading gaming companies, is looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to join their talented team!They are a leading developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment across the globe. They develop and publish some of the world's biggest games for all platforms including mobile, computers, console systems and tables. The games are primarily delivered through physical retail, digital download, online platforms and cloud streaming services.

The focus in this role will be to drive the full life cycle recruiting process for all levels within Technology, Product , Engineering, and other corporate management roles. These positions will sit in NYC, California, Vegas, Seattle, Boston, and the UK.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of building, delivering, and driving talent strategies for one of the most successful video game publishers in the industry. Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted business partner to advise on recruiting strategies & best practices to attract, source, screen, and hire a diverse talent pool for a variety of roles across the organization

  • Support on recruiting strategies & best practices to source, screen, and hire for various positions

  • Build sourcing strategies that target talent pools through research, social media, Boolean searches and networking events

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategies to hire

  • Build robust candidate pipelines and guide them through the hiring process

  • Work in a consultative manner with hiring teams to ensure they make the best hiring decisions possible and become more effective hiring experts.

  • Create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals and research

  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

  • Build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers

  • Stay in touch with industry & market trends, best practices

  • Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks, and participate in professional organizations to keep top of job and industry knowledge & trends.

You should have

  • 5+ years relevant experience executing full-lifecycle recruiting

  • At least 2 years experience recruiting for technology-based roles in specializations including Data Science, Big Data, Engineers, Infrastructure, Systems, Developers, Security and creative roles

  • Corporate OR a combination of agency and corporate experience is preferred

  • Recruiting experience in global recruitment with North America is the pulse

  • Experience handling a high volume of recruitment activities

  • Experience assessing candidate's skills to make hiring recommendations

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems

  • Experience working with a Startup or Tech or high growth environment is a bonus.
