What You Will Do:

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (advanced command of both written and verbal English);
  • Experience in the customer support role;
  • Analytical & Research Skills;
  • Customer oriented and responsible attitude (customer service in your DNA :)

  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Experience in Technical Support;
