Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for our Portuguese-speaking Consultant Roles for many of our internationally renowned clients. All you need to do is submit the referral information of your friend or acquaintance here and, should they be hired, you will be eligible for a reward! Every referral will be analyzed by our Talent Acquisition Team and contacted if we find them suitable for any of our open roles

What is Refer a Friend program

We value every foreign language speaker and accept referrals both from our team members and non-Sutherland employees.

To get a reward for your referral, the person you recommend must:

· speak Portuguese at level of at least B2

· become part of our team

· stay in the company within the probationary period (6 months)

How it works:

· Fill out the contact details of the person you want to refer. If you are a Sutherland employee log into the system first.

· Let your friend know that you’ve referred them

· If eligible, our team will get in touch with your referral to start the process

· Upon successful hiring receive your bonus in 2 installments
