Job Description:
- In this role, you'll join the team that supports missions for critical front-line industries in government, healthcare and education. Success is tied to three areas:
- Flawlessly planning and executing online and in-person events to meet measurable objectives.
- The ability to adapt tactics to engage vertical audiences while staying in compliance.
- Crisply communicating and collaborating with industry marketing managers and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Americas Public Sector and Healthcare Marketing, you'll be joining a diverse team of experienced and data-driven industry marketers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Industry Marketing Managers on planning and execution of in-person events.
- Creative and cost-effective ways to maximize events presence and deliver on marketing OKRs related to account engagement and executive engagement.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
- Booth shipping, builds and selections.
- Remaining under budget with all costs
- Pre-show planning and sales communication including know-before-you-go sales guides, booth schedules, promotions, etc.
- Post show wrap ups and tracking.
- Creating pre and post show email and communications plans.
- Executing 1-2 webinars per quarter:
- Supporting campaign execution, tracking (CID creation), lead upload, management, and reporting.
- Create promotional materials and work with digital COE to generate event attendance.
- Managing registration, reminders and follow-ups.
- Managing project timeliness and schedules working with adjacent teams such as brand (creative approvals) , enterprise data (for list pulls) and the digital COE (emails and digital promotions)
- Managing list uploads across industry marketing team and pulling reports to ensure successful lead management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of event management experience with a required minimum of 3 years of dedicated Government Marketing. (Federal or DoD strongly preferred)
- Understanding of B2B/B2G enterprise software sales processes and marketing metrics
- Experience in SFDC campaign code set-up
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication. Experience with MS PowerPoint required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-look-up, pivot tables, charts)
- Experience with leveraging project management tools to initiate work request from cross functional teams such as: JIRA and Workfront
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at one time.
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- Must bring to interview examples of event project plan and timelines, checklists etc. that demonstrate proven execution with attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $44.34 - $44.35 per hour
