As an Sales Rockstar you will:

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers, agents, and all parties involved in the sales process.
  • Provide data and guidance to help the sales team, keep CRM, reports and pertinent information updated.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators (sales metrics).
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • Track sales trends and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with sales directors to help with specific sales strategies.
  • Stay up to date on new product and feature releases and make sure the sales team is up to date.
  • Ensuring excellent service and customer experience.
  • Propose improvements in the sales process.

  • Currently enrolled in the university studying sales or tourism.
  • Spanish (English is a plus).
