Title : UI/UX Software Designer
Duration: Long Term
Location: Remote
Own the end-to-end research process - design, plan, conduct research, and analyze results
- Collaborate with product teams to develop a UX strategy based on their situation and needs, identify appropriate research questions, and advise the team on the best method(s) to answer those questions
- Create research plans that are methodologically rigorous and comply with Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines
- Identify and recruit applicable participants in coordination with product owners
- Facilitate generative research, such as design thinking and ideation exercises, product/market fit, and product/solution fit analysis
- Conduct evaluative research, such as heuristics evaluations, A/B testing, usability testing
- Perform data analysis to determine key findings and translate findings into insights and impactful product-related and strategic recommendations
- Communicate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations
- Mentor and coach junior UX researchers on the team
- Design low-fidelity wireframes or basic prototypes
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
