About Us
At paradime we are building the data productivity platform for modern analytics-driven enterprises.
We are a 100%-remote startup and have raised over $5.6M from top tier VCs from Silicon Valley, London and Tel-Aviv, who have previously invested in Reddit, Instacart, Figma, Firebolt, Coinbase, Algolia, Rudderstack, Vercel etc.
Our team has >25 years combined experience in building data products at Goldman Sachs, The Guardian, Rudderstack and Revolut. We have operated across analytics, product, marketing, customer acquisition, and growth.
You will find amongst us aerospace engineers, chefs, mathematicians, mechanical keyboard fans, athletes, supernatural believers, cat lovers and much more.
For us execution wins over process, great wins over perfect, smart wins over grunt. We win and lose as a team, we hack when we don't know, we commit and execute fast and we disrespect traditions.
What are we looking for?
We are always looking to speak with folks with experience or looking to build a career in the following areas:
- B2B SaaS GTM, sales and product marketing
- Product design, marketing design
- Data analysis using the modern data stack + SQL + dbt + Airbyte/Fivetran + Airflow etc.
- Technical content, UX copy, copywriting
- Javascript development using React, Typescript, Chrome APIs
- Go/Python development on Kubernetes
- DevOps using Terraform on AWS
You may not be an expert but there should be something that you can use to demonstrate your interest and trajectory. E.g. if you are looking to get into data analysis, you should be able to demonstrate you have done courses in SQL.
We strongly believe that technical skills can be taught and we are going to support you in that but you need to bring hunger, curiosity, grit, intent and drive on the table.
