Hi, we're Damien & Tania !

We met at hyper-growth startup Aircall when it was still early-stage and worked there for 4 years building the recently crowned unicorn 🦄.

Throughout this experience and the many others (Weezevent, 55, Lifen, Amazon), we have come to strongly believe the best, most creative companies are the ones that have the strongest employee bonds and culture.

But we also witnessed first-hand how hard it was to foster these moments where connection happens and create engaging experiences for teams. That's why we created Jurnee - to make this simple, enjoyable and help companies focus on what's important : their teams.

Who are you? 😎

As an early stage startup, we are looking for a very pragmatic, engaged and highly autonomous engineering intern who loves building efficient and reliable products.

Implement reliable and scalable solutions will be on top of your daily priorities. Your work will focus on improving our technical stack and developing end-to-end features. You’ll be autonomous and fully responsible from the beginning to the end: technical design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintainability.

The skills required correspond to a master degree in computer science:

Technical:

• Good knowledge in web engineering technologies (HTML / CSS / JavaScript)

• Good understanding of functional and object oriented programming

• Good understanding of client-server interactions

General:

• Ability to thrive in a fully remote and largely asynchronous work environment

• Proficiency in the English language sufficient for success in a working environment

• Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process

• Positive and solution-oriented mindset

• Effective communication skills, regularly achieve consensus with peers, clear status updates

• Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills

• A high level of attention to detail with a meticulous look at the quality of the work delivered
