We offer a flexible time off policy with no set minimum or maximum days provided that your work gets done and that disruption to your team is minimized through proactive organization around time off. We do not follow any country’s public holiday schedule, nor do we have organization wide holidays (we want to be as flexible and inclusive as possible). We encourage you to book off your local public holidays, but the decision on whether or not you want to work during public holidays is up to you.
