Job description

Hybrid Speech Therapist with ASHA CCC

Remote (work from home) with onsite presence required 1-2 day a week


Location: Dahlonega, Georgia

Hours: Full Time

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with ASHA CCC certification to join our team. In this role, you will primarily work remotely, delivering speech therapy services to students from kindergarten to 5th grade. Additionally, you'll spend one day a week providing in-person therapy in a self-contained classroom setting, catering to a severe to profound caseload.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals and abilities.
  • Provide both remote and in-person speech therapy sessions, ensuring consistency and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' overall development and progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and billing information(If necessary).
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.






Requirements


  • Master's degree or higher in a speech therapy related degree
  • ASHA certification is required to be considered
  • Must be fully licensed to practice speech therapy without supervision in the state of Georgia, no teaching certification required
