Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
Post Engagement, resolve their queries.
Establish clear client retention goals
Respond quickly to assigned leads.
Promote the value of the product
Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company
Input Metrics/Daily Target
9 hours Shift and 6 working days in a week
Deliver 5.5 hours of total talktime & 4 hours of connected talktime on a daily basis
Requirements –
Any Graduate / PostGraduate
Proven experience of minimum 6 months in TeleCalling. Experience in Customer Support Representative role is an added advantage
Proficient in Hindi & English
Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹12,500.00 per month
